Weather Report From Heaven: Sunny and bright, with an abundance of light and lots of singing and rejoicing.

Scripture-  “Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.” – Matthew 13:8

Thought of the Day-  Our God is a God of multiplication. He takes whatever we bring, and he multiplies it. This principle of Kingdom expansion through God’s multiplying effect shows up throughout scripture. Probably the most famous story in this regard is Jesus taking a small boy’s 5 loaves of bread and 2 small fish in John 6:8-14 and feeding the 5,000 people who were gathered and then still having much more left over. God loves to show His people His power when they take the first step of faith. When we throw a pebble of faith, God takes care of the ripples.

This stepping out in faith can take many forms: It can be as simple as a  kind word. It can be helping someone carry a bag of groceries. It can be digging a water well in Africa or helping the homeless in the town you live in.It can be donating your time, talent or treasure to help any worthy cause. Whatever it is, if it is aligned with God’s word, you can be sure He will richly bless it and take our act of faith and multiply 100, 60 or 30 times to grow His kingdom
